North link
North link is the reference point so that map users or readers are accustomed to visualize areas oriented to the north not all maps are necessarily oriented to the north . To make sure that the right orientation is obtained a north arrow or grid lines of latitude and longitude have to have to be shown on the map. The north arrow indicating the position on the map of the magnetic north should be given.
